Our interest is in self-serve laundromats in the greater Cincinnati Tri-State area (including northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana). Our preference is Warren, Clermont, Butler or Hamilton counties in Ohio, though we may consider opportunities somewhat outside this area.Here are our basic criteria:The ideal business generates $100Kâ$400K SDE, priced up to $2M (typically 2â4x multiple), with strong semi-absentee characteristics: proven systems/processes, 5+ years operating, and possibly an owner or full-time manager/key employee who will stay for at least a brief transition period. Flexible on financing (cash, SBA, seller note, or combo). We're looking for reliable, semi-passive cash flow with room for growth.We're local to the area.
